Zoe turns two years old today. It has been, literally, the best two years of my life. I have changed so much just having her in my world. Speaking of my world, if you haven’t noticed, my world rotates on the axis of Zoe. She is the center of my universe.

I can hardly put into words how fast these two years have gone by. It seems like yesterday I was complaining about how Nutramigen is the most expensive substance known to man, and now I am bringing Zoe more pizza after she tells me “More pizza, yeah!” She has changed so much, and still has so much change to go through. This has been a great ride and we haven’t even reached the top of the first big hill.

We had a party for her on Saturday. Momma rented a bouncy house that was a huge hit! Thank you to everyone who attended and brought gifts for Zoe. Momma did a TON of hard work to make the party go over without a hitch. Check out these Sesame Street character cupcakes that Kris did by hand!

Zoe laughed and screamed and ran and jumped the whole time. She had so much fun I can’t describe it. Kris put so much hard work into it, and because of her hard work, it went over without a hitch. except when all the balloons accidentally flew away at the end!

Back  to Zoe being … It is amazing how much she has changed, how all the little worries (so far) have just worked themselves out. I know the best is yet to come! I was talking with Kris yesterday about it, about how it was like yesterday she was just a tiny baby and now she runs around and talks and everything!

I had such a good time chasing her around the house the other day. She got out of the shower with Momma and after she dried off, she dropped her towel, announced that she was naked and ran around the house screaming as I chased her. When I finally grabbed her and put her down in her room to get her dressed, I told her “You better not make me chase you!” and she took off screaming again. What a blast I had just playing that game with her.

I love my little bumper so much. I feel like the tape of my life with Zoe is on fast-forward already.
